About Team Cymru:

Team Cymru's mission is to save and improve human lives by helping public and private sector analysts track and take down cybercriminals, terrorists, and human traffickers around the world. We deliver unmatched visibility into global cyber threat activity and are a key intelligence source for leading cybersecurity and threat intelligence vendors.

Our Pure Signal platform gives enterprise security teams on-demand access to global internet traffic telemetry, providing clarity into what is happening across the internet with a level of visibility comparable to their own internal networks. This allows organizations to close detection gaps, accelerate incident response, and get ahead of critical, recurring threats.

Team Cymru is a fast-paced, distribution-focused, private equity backed company where your work directly supports a mission that protects millions worldwide.

Why This Role Matters:

As a Contracts Manager, you directly impact how Team Cymru operates, grows, and protects itself at every stage of the business. You will help ensure that every commercial agreement the company enters is accurate, compliant, and built to support the mission.

By ensuring contracts move efficiently and the business is protected from legal and regulatory risk, you enable Sales to close with confidence, Finance to plan with accuracy, and leadership to scale with control.

Position Summary:

We are seeking a skilled and self-directed Contracts Manager to provide front line legal and contractual support across all business units, with a particular focus on Sales and Partnerships. This individual will own the full contract lifecycle while also supporting cross-functional teams in managing complex commercial agreements.

The ideal candidate brings strong drafting and negotiation skills, sound legal judgment, and the ability to balance business velocity with risk management. This role requires both strategic thinking and hands-on execution to support scalable growth in a fast-moving cybersecurity environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Contract Drafting and Negotiation Independently draft, review, and negotiate a wide range of commercial agreements including SaaS and software license agreements, NDAs, vendor and service agreements, data processing and subcontractor agreements, and channel and partner contracts. Manage complex negotiations with precision while supporting deal velocity across the Sales team. Provide clear legal and contractual guidance to internal stakeholders and coordinate with external counsel as needed.

Contract Lifecycle Management Develop and maintain standardized contract templates, procedures, and controls. Implement tools and workflows to automate processes and improve efficiency across the contract lifecycle. Maintain contract repositories and version control to ensure accuracy and accessibility at all times.

Cross-Functional Collaboration and Execution Collaborate with Sales, Product, Finance, HR, IT, and other business units to ensure agreements align with business objectives, compliance requirements, and operational needs. Partner with executive leadership to drive efficiencies, mitigate risk, and support scalable growth. Provide guidance to team members and serve as the connective layer between Legal and the rest of the business.

Milestone and Renewal Tracking Work with Sales, Product, and Finance teams to track key milestones, deliverables, and payment schedules. Monitor contract status, renewal activity, and risk exposure across the portfolio. Ensure audit readiness through accurate documentation and compliance evidence.

Risk and Compliance Identify, assess, and escalate legal and compliance risks across commercial agreements. Align contracts with internal policies and regulatory requirements including GDPR and CCPA. Support the development and enforcement of risk management frameworks across the business.

Leadership and Growth Support special legal and contract related projects and initiatives as needed in a fast-paced, growth-oriented environment. Grow into a leadership role as the company scales, with the potential to manage a contracts team and shape the development of the legal and contracts function.

Required Skills and Abilities:

Strong drafting, review, and negotiation skills with the ability to manage complex agreements independently. Excellent written and verbal communication, organizational, and analytical skills. Proven ability to work effectively with internal stakeholders and client executives across multiple business units. Comfort operating in both a legal and business context, balancing risk with velocity. Proficiency with contract management systems and business tools including LinkSquares or similar contract lifecycle management platforms. Ability to work independently while collaborating across cross-functional teams.

Education and Experience:

Bachelor's degree required. JD, paralegal certification, or contract management certification is a plus. 5 plus years of contract administration experience including 3 plus years in contract management within SaaS, cybersecurity, software, or technology sales. Strong drafting, review, and negotiation skills with the ability to manage complex agreements independently. Familiarity with Salesforce, Google Workspace, Microsoft Suite, and DocuSign preferred. Demonstrated ability to balance legal rigor with business objectives in a fast-paced environment. Experience navigating complex commercial agreements across multiple stakeholders and business units. Leadership experience or demonstrated ability to mentor and guide others, with interest in growing into a team leadership role as the company scales.

Why are you being asked to complete this form?

We are a federal contractor or subcontractor. The law requires us to provide equal employment opportunity to qualified people with disabilities. We have a goal of having at least 7% of our workers as people with disabilities. The law says we must measure our progress towards this goal. Completing this form is voluntary, and we hope that you will choose to do so. Your answer is confidential. No one who makes hiring decisions will see it. Your decision to complete the form and your answer will not harm you in any way. If you want to learn more about the law or this form, visit the U.S. Department of Labor’s Office of Federal Contract Compliance Programs (OFCCP) website at www.dol.gov/ofccp.
