Team Cymru is a fast-paced, distribution-focused, private equity backed company where your work directly supports a mission that protects millions worldwide.

Own the Product. Drive the Future of CTI.
We are hiring a Senior Product Manager, Cyber Threat Intelligence to take full ownership of capabilities across our CTI portfolio. This is a high-visibility, highly strategic role for a PM who thrives as the CEO of their product and can confidently lead decisions across Engineering, Sales, Support, and GTM teams.
This role is ideal for a technical, customer-facing product leader who can balance roadmap strategy with execution and act as the go-to expert for how our CTI solutions deliver value.

Why This Role Matters:
Cyber Threat Intelligence is at the core of how defenders detect, investigate, and stop modern threats. As our Senior Product Manager, you will shape the roadmap that impacts how customers respond faster, reduce noise, and prevent real-world harm.
You will independently own strategy and prioritization decisions, measure success through adoption and business impact, and play a direct role in supporting enterprise GTM outcomes with strategic customers.

Key Responsibilities:

Product Strategy and Roadmap Ownership
  • Develop and execute a data-driven product strategy and roadmap for CTI capabilities and portfolio outcomes.
  • Independently own feature decisions, prioritization, and trade-offs across customers, technical feasibility, and business goals.
  • Define and track KPIs measuring adoption, customer value, and business impact.
Execution and Lifecycle Management
  • Translate strategy into clear requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria in close partnership with Engineering.
  • Own the product lifecycle from concept through launch, iteration, and end-of-life decisions.
  • Collaborate with engineering leadership to ensure high-quality delivery and manage technical debt and architectural priorities.
Cross-Functional SME and Escalation Ownership
  • Serve as the organization’s go-to expert on product capabilities, limitations, and market positioning.
  • Act as the primary escalation point for Sales, Support, Solutions Engineering, and Marketing.
GTM and Customer-Facing Leadership
  • Partner with Product Marketing to create messaging, positioning, and enablement materials.
  • Support enterprise customers directly through roadmap discussions, demos, strategic calls, and GTM conversations.
  • Gather and synthesize customer feedback to validate strategy and inform roadmap decisions.
Market and Competitive Intelligence
  • Maintain deep awareness of emerging cyber threats, CTI market trends, and competitive landscape shifts to identify opportunities and risks.
Qualifications:
  • 5+ years of B2B product management experience with a record of shipping successful products.
  • 3 to 5+ years experience within cybersecurity or information security, ideally CTI-adjacent.
  • Proven ability to independently own a product line or portfolio with minimal supervision.
  • Strong technical credibility and ability to lead cross-functional decision-making with Engineering and GTM teams.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, including experience supporting enterprise customer-facing conversations.
  • Location requirement: Remote, North America with regular working hours aligned to Eastern or Central time.

What Success Looks Like:
  • CTI roadmap execution is consistent, measurable, and aligned with customer and business outcomes.
  • Enterprise GTM teams rely on you as a trusted expert and escalation owner.
  • Adoption, retention, and customer value metrics improve across the CTI portfolio.

Why Join Team Cymru
  • Remote-first environment across North America
  • High autonomy and high visibility “CEO of the product” ownership
  • Mission-driven work that protects nations, enterprises, and communities
  • Opportunity to shape a critical cybersecurity product portfolio with real global impact

OMB Control Number 1250-0005
Expires 04/30/2026
Why are you being asked to complete this form?

We are a federal contractor or subcontractor. The law requires us to provide equal employment opportunity to qualified people with disabilities. We have a goal of having at least 7% of our workers as people with disabilities. The law says we must measure our progress towards this goal. To do this, we must ask applicants and employees if they have a disability or have ever had one. People can become disabled, so we need to ask this question at least every five years.

Completing this form is voluntary, and we hope that you will choose to do so. Your answer is confidential. No one who makes hiring decisions will see it. Your decision to complete the form and your answer will not harm you in any way. If you want to learn more about the law or this form, visit the U.S. Department of Labor’s Office of Federal Contract Compliance Programs (OFCCP) website at www.dol.gov/ofccp.
